Design inspired by the films themselves, particularly "The Trial," brutalist Russian architecture (particularly the buildings in the Taschen book CCCP: Cosmic Communist Constructions Photographed, and the formidable Yugoslavian WWII monuments as photographed by Jan Kempenaers. The various shapes were “cut” from photos I took of cement walls, coiled ropes on a rooftop, marble and carpet. A project for the Shillington School of Graphic Design New York.
